I retired from the Navy and was in the process of a divorce when I met Angelica. I was living in an apartment and she basically lovingly yelled at me for not taking advantage of my VA benefits and purchasing my own home. She went on and on about how many military service members (including herself) don’t understand the opportunity provided to them for buying a home with zero down. I was one of those people but I expressed I needed to finalize my divorce and clean up my credit. Angelica referred me to professionals who could do both those things and after about 1.5 years she help me “steal” a model home at a new construction site. The steal is I got the home for about $60k less than the sticker price and got lots of furniture, appliances, artwork, and a backyard fully landscaped and furnished with a new grill for no additional cost. If I walked into this new construction site on my own without her representation I would not have paid full price and more. Angelica took charge and negotiate in my best interest and I love my home.
